请问大家如何让宝宝不包着也能睡好？

我们家的四个月，一直打包睡，昨晚手挣脱出来好几次就醒了嗷嗷叫，给他包好了就又睡着，折腾啊。。

我们也是从医院出来就直接换睡袋了。没一点问题。觉得包不包影响不大。老大当时就没有包。

要不试试把睡袋的袖口暂时缝起来，这样空间又大，手又出不来

我觉得只要包得不够紧，他就睡不踏实

不会,我家晚上不开暖气的,晚上气温还是10来度而已.这款睡袋是最厚款,从16度到22度都可以穿.我们里面就穿一件上衣,不穿裤子和袜子,外面还再盖个薄被子呢

我们家是另外有一个国内买的睡袋,没有ergo pouch保暖,是扣子的,现在她力气大了,能直接把扣子都踢开呢.我只有洗ergo pouch的睡袋的那晚才用一下.其余的日子天天用ergo pouch

呵呵，所以我买了两个轮流用，打算再买几个夏天的，就不用担心宝宝肚子受凉了，不过现在都不打折
