Qualified title 和 limited titlt 都是从old system deeds转化到 torrens title 时加到 certificate of title 上的
一般大家买房子前都会做title search 避免这些
但是这些并不是不可以买
如果你很便宜买到然后get rid of them, u will get profit.
Qualified title will be taken off the title after 6 years when u apply for a cancellation of quation or automatically taken off after 12 years with other dealing lodgment
Limited title 是你的boundary 不能 define
你可以找个surveyor 做个redefinition plan . The cost is appro$2000. |
