John Stonemart P/L is a Melbourne based company, specialized in retail of granite and marble products such as paving, garden sculptures, firplace, kitchen benchtops and monuments. We are seeking 1 full time sales person to join us at our South East store.
Job Description
•$40,000 salary package Plus bonus and commission
•Depends on performance, Salary are negotiable after probationary period
•Paperwork follow up after sale
•Solve problems and handle customer complaints
•Managing customer relationships, establish and maintain business network
•Product training will be provided
Essential Skills Required
•Mature age are appreciated
•Sensitive personality is a plus
•Previous sales experience is essential
•Loyalty, persuasive skills and a good team player
•Quick learner and easily adapts to new industry and environment
•Sensitive to the needs and requirements of clients
•Well organized and attention to details
•Self motivated to excel and succeed
Bonus Points
Multi-language skills, Industry related working experiences and computer konwledge will be an advantage But not essential.
