请教一下大家有没有谁是税务会计啊。。有谁会用AE软件吗？急需求教如何做capital gain on the schedule.. Coz a have a acuum dep in that ppt, now, my client want to sell it, so, I need to work out his capital gain, but when I log into that system, I don't know how to put dep in it, and before he sell , it is a rental ppt, he has rental income every year, also, he has special capital written off ever year, so if we add them together, it almost have thirty grand dep in total against the base value of the ppt. The system I am using only allow me to enter purchase cost and disposal value, no dep exp schedule provided, if anyone can help me, I would really appreciate. Thanks

Assume you are using AE tax,

Calculate it manually.

The problem is it won't be calculate by it self, so I did a worksheet on the ppt and transfer the net figure to cycg schedule.....this software is not handy at all

我用了三年多的AE，你说的情况应该可以在AE Tax的Depreciation Schedule中实现，但如果该资产第一年没有被记录在Dep'n Schedule的话，还是手算最简单。
