网上看到一些意见，希望有经验的朋友给点 建议，是否遇到过以下的问题

Surely the idea of independence was a factor in deciding to become self employed ?


•Some franchisors help you find a suitable location, but insist that the lease of the property is in their name, not yours. If things go wrong, you can’t just drop the franchise and try something else. If the lease is not in your name, you aren’t really in business for yourself, but more of a manager, albeit a manager that’s put up the capital for the venture.

想问问大家，如果是连锁，店铺都是under 总公司的名下么

这个问题没有人可以帮助么？刚才在看报纸的时候也想到一个问题关于连锁的。

如果店是总公司租的，比如5年，那么5年后，如果公司不合你续了，那你带走的将是一无所有（店不是你租的，装修你带不走，所哟的品牌都是别人的，可能你的债还没有回本）那个时候怎么办 ？又比如公司5年后觉得店有赚头，自己拿回来自己开了，你也面临同样的问题。真希望有加盟店的朋友给点建议，大家都是怎么处理的。谢谢了

什么连锁啊？能挣多少钱，值得你去承担所有风险，它拿所有好处？

不是某个连锁，只是一个general question, 想问问大家是怎么解决以上问题的。大家是如何去解决这个租约的问题

要看具体连锁店，毕竟每个连锁店做法不尽相同。4楼的问题出现在很多合同中，但是绝大多数的合同条款都是小型加盟店不可商议的。

所以说，如果他说给你5年，你要做的话也就是5年，5年之后你们再商量，是么？如果有些不好的总公司，5年之后收回店铺，而你在5年之内也没赚什么钱， 是不是意味着这5年白搭 ？
