march 19 virgin mobile send me a massage said i've reached agreed credit limit and service has been  suspended. so I go online to check my usage,it was 1700 and over used  1Gdata. I am sure I can not use that much. Because every time i use the Internet I am very careful and I will check aftet i use. From the 13th to the 19th, I have been using optus that  2doller plan. At those days I just used virgin to make international calls.And I live in tamworth, here phone signal is poor, Saturday and Sunday i use the Internet at McDonald's and i use optus, Monday to Friday i need work I can not go to the city center,and i don't have much time to use internet. So there is no reason why I use so many of data.for those reason I want to know the specific time when I'm using data.like what day what time! for this case, I upgraded my data from 1G to 2G, so I do not think additional charges are reasonable, if you must take me as astronomical bill I will email to  Telecommunication Industry Commetee complaint.

I don't think your Email has much supporting points. Unless you have evidence to prove your statement , for example, you use Internet via sim chip, then you can check out how much actual data used on your phone. Otherwise, you will loss the case.
However, you do can ask Virgin to present the details how much data you use every hour or day. That may help?

虽然知道你的英文不太好,但是如果打电话给客服,或者找英文好的朋友打电话给客服,用商量的口气问这是怎么回事,一般都会有比较好的解决办法的。

On March 19, Virgin Mobile sent me a message saying that i've reached the agreed credit limit and the service has been  suspended. So I went online to check my usage and found it was 1700MB data usage with an exceeded 1GB data. I am sure I could not use that much, because every time I used the Internet I was very careful and I would check after each use. From the 13th to the 19th of March, I was using Optus 2-dollar per day plan, and only used Virgin to make international calls. Furthermore, I lived in Tamworth, where Virgin mobile signal was very poor.  On Saturday and Sunday I used the Internet through WiFi at McDonald's and I used Optus sim card. From Monday to Friday I could not go to the city center since I need to work and i did not have time to use Internet. So there was no reason why I used so much data. For the above reason I want to know the specific time/duration when I was using data. Please provide exact date and time. For this case, I also upgraded my data plan from 1G to 2G, but still received additional usage charge. I do not think the additional charges are reasonable at all. If you insist on charging me this astronomical bill I have no choice but lodge a complaint to Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman.
