第一家如果感兴趣，先去数1个星期的人头，记住别数到一半就跑掉，一定要认真数，以他的SALES，人数大概平均每天至少200人以上，如果能有250人以上，开价25万，现在是做CAFE的淡季，很适合买店砍价，等到了旺季SALES高了，就比较难砍价了！估计他给你的是他的店旺季的报表！

或者我看了很多人第一个生意都是做便利店的 是不是应该做便利店？
