看了一下以往post，还有immi网站上booklet，请教几个问题
1）medicare是否父母拿到PR visa就有？ 是标准的medicare吗？ booklet上有一段话"Long-term medical and pharmaceutical costs, private health or travel insurance and
availability of multilingual aged-care facilities and services should also be researched by you and your sponsor. Parents who are from a country that does not have a reciprocal health care agreement with Australia will not be covered by Medicare." 中国肯定和澳洲没有reciprocal协议，是否意味父母移民后没有medicare？
2）据说住满2年就可以申请很多福利（不包括aged pension），具体有些什么？ 租房补助包括吗？ 另外，这些福利的钱是从sponsor交的保证金里扣吗？
3）aged care是否也要等到10年？
4）再问问，吃药是否一年就300多上限？有居住时间要求吗？
