Manager: Marketing Manager
Purpose of the Role:
• To deliver marketing collateral, publicity, advertising, market research and direct marketing tactics as per the marketing strategy
Duties:
• Write and edit articles, case studies, white papers, editorial commentary, blogs, advertising copy etc.
• Liaiseswith media to organise placement, interviews, advertising
• Design, coordinate and measure direct marketing campaigns
• Project manage customer satisfaction research; manage relationship with market research providers; analyse results, makes recommendations, communicate outcomes
• In conjunction with Head of Sales & Marketing, Marketing Manager and external advisors, design and implement competitor
research; analyses, makes recommendations, communicates outcomes
• Design and implement direct marketing campaigns; aggressively manage follow up, measure results and report
Minimum Education/Professional Qualifications:
• Tertiary education, preferably in marketing, communication or business administration
Work Experience Required:
• 2+ years experience in marketing; preferably in professional or information services
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Excellent MS Office, Salesforce/Manticore, graphic design and HTML skills
• Sound experience in engaging media (print, web, radio, television)
• Sound experience in designing and implementing market research including clients, competitors, market share
• Expertise and interest in social media marketing
• Good communication and creative skills
