关于baby bonus的申领条件

最近看到一个关于baby bonus calculator的帖子上面说，申领baby bonus的前提条件是family income在baby出生后6个月不能超过$75000.

我又跑去FAO的官方网站查了查，上面是这样写的（请看下面英文部分），我的理解是妈妈的6个月收入不超过$75000。

请问已经申请过baby bonus的妈妈指点迷津，这个收入前提是指妈妈单方收入，还是爸爸妈妈的总收入啊？谢谢！

Can I get the Baby Bonus?
To be eligible for Baby Bonus you must:

be the primary carer of a dependent child or the partner of the primary carer
have the care of the child within 26 weeks of the child's birth and be likely to continue for at least 26 weeks
in the case of adoption, have the child come into your primary care as part of the adoption process before the child is sixteen years of age
not have received or be receiving Parental Leave Pay[1] for the child
have adjusted taxable income[2] of less than or equal to $75,000* for the period in the six months following the child’s entry into your primary care, and
meet Australian residency requirements[3] for family assistance purposes.

请有经验的妈妈帮帮忙，解释一下

你是问pay parental leave还是baby bonus？我记得两个要求不一样的。具体数字不记得，好像是PPL是妈妈不超过75000，BB是家庭不超过15万。

谢谢各位热心的妈妈，刚刚路过FAO，所以就直接跑进去问了。Baby Bonus要求baby出生后的6个月“家庭总收入“不超过75000。我和老公的正常总收入就刚刚超了这条线一点点，正苦恼着如何把收入稍微调整到这条线以下。。。请申领过baby bonus的妈妈帮忙出谋划策，感激不尽！！！

想问一下,这个75000是税前还是税后呢?

那如果刚生完后你不马上上班不就能低于正常收入了吗？
能这样算吗？

问一下，什么时候可以开始申请？生前可以申请吗，还是生后。

Baby bonus is an income tested payment which is payable to families whose estimate of combine adjusted taxable income is $75,000 or less in the six months following the birth of a child or the child's entry into care.
请问如果投资房或者公司福利的补助，都算income 吗？

那要是正好有笔定存到期，那个利息算上去吗？

是的。这个adjusted taxable income 要比taxable income 多. 比如，要算上 fringe benefit, 还有， 报税时能扣除的negtive gearing的部分，在申请baby bonus 的时候都要加上。

你自己试着网上填一下申请表就清楚了。
