这个帖子里开头是一个学生问，accting major怎么样，下面就分成几派，说 acct钱少，难找工的，也有big 4出身的跳出来说工资高的，还说找不到会计工作的都是crap.

比如这段，一个洋人说自己毕业前一年就找到个60K的工，他还Fail过好几门课，来证明acct是多么容易找的活
"i landed a $60k inc super full time role in commercial accounting 2 semesters before i graduated, failed a couple of units in the last 2 semesters and still kept on truckin' anyway"
下面这段是说找不到会计活的都是基于以下这些理由的，白人认为找不到会计工的都是自己有问题的。。。。
1) They can communicate ie can speak english but can also demonstrate in an interview that they have comprehension skills.
2) They have reasonable results.
3) They can demonstrate they are a quick learner.
4) They have the right to work in this country
摘抄几段那个帖子里的话，
"If you cant get into big4, mid tier (their grad intakes are almost insignificant compared to what each big4 hires), or blue chip, you are scraping the bottom of the barrel in a market where Chinese international students will literally work for nothing."

I think thats ridiculous to be honest. There are literally hundreds of jobs available from Big 4/Mid Tier/ and commercial at any given time. I'm from a Big 4 and I can tell you right now you get brilliant good workers, and you get dudes that don't even know that debits means a + to an asset.

Like with anything if you can't get a job available out there for the following:

Big 4
Mid tier
Commercial Grad Programs

Then you can at least try at a boutique accounting firm or something. But I would seriously suggest to take a good look at yourself and say what am I doing wrong. If chumps that can't differentiate a debit from a credit are getting into these programs then these graduates are usually doing something wrong. This doesn't even apply to graduates this applies to working accountants without a CA/CPA as well.

当然，也有可能是ABC，不过他们的英文都很好，不像移民

恩真的觉得是毕业那一年最重要了。。。如果第一份工作没有找到好的话之后要花好多力气才能做到和grad program里出来的人一样。。。

我们 第三年是要求实习的， 鬼佬的同学很容易就找到实习了， 很多还嫌工资低。。。

然后最后毕业的时候 基本他们会计这帮人都找到工作了。。。。

big 4 人工是不高,但是将来跳出commercial的话,起点和薪水都挺好的

我也看了这个帖子，很是无奈。对于很多鬼佬毕业生而言，他们大多毕业后都能找到相关工作。我周围认识的人确实是如此，他们本科会计毕业后倒不是说都能去四大或者大公司，但是有个饭碗还是不成问题的。其实说到底，语言障碍才是最大的问题，我不信我们英语如果说的听起来就像个local'一样，我们还找不到工作。
