各位老大，本人斷網已近十日（2月9日開始）。對外聯絡全靠手機勉強支持，極不方便，幾近痛不欲生。
故障為沒有任何信號，ADSL和PPP燈都不亮。經過與Exetel數日email往來，確認網絡是斷掉了，要我自己找人。
問題：這個Austel Approved Technician是誰，去哪里找？是找telstra要求他們派人嗎？

Please note that our technicians has checked the connection and they have confirmed that the service is currently terminated on the A-side of the Main Distribution Frame on Vertical A, Pair 8 so therefore this requires investigation in the B-side of the MDF.
Note that You might not understand this as you need to inform a private technician (Austel Approved Technician) in order to investigate this issue. He needs to tag the Vertical A, Pair 8 with the B- Side.
If you still have issues understanding this, you may call us on 0280301000 and quote Ref 3700886. You may even do this when you have the technician as we will be able to inform him about this. |
