请问143必须在境外递交吗

我父母现在的签证到今年7月份到期。现在他们一个在国内，一个在这里。请问我是否可以现在就为他们申请143签证呢？

移民局的网站上说143只能在境外提交，如果我现在提交会有什么问题吗？

Aged Parent (Permanent) (Subclass 804)
A permanent visa for aged parents to remain in Australia. Applicants must have children who are living in Australia.

Contributory Aged Parent (Migrant) Visa (Subclass 864)
A permanent visa for aged parents with children living in Australia. This visa costs more than the aged parent visa but is generally processed faster.

Contributory Aged Parent (Temporary) Visa (Subclass 884)
This is a temporary visa valid for two years. If you hold this visa you can apply for the permanent Contributory Aged Parent (Residence) visa (subclass 864).

你说的那些我也看到了，onshore 既然没有143，这不是自相矛盾吗？

关键是看你申请的时候 在澳洲的其中一人 签证上有没有8503  如果没有 则可以在境内递交

这个问题我刚刚研究过，143是属于offshore的visa，所以不受onshore visa对年龄的限制（具体条款请见2楼），所以是可以inside 或者outside 澳洲递交。

但是关键在于你在澳洲探亲的父母的676 visa很大可能是有8503条款的（请见5楼），那么就不能在境内递交了

我是103转143，虽然有移民局的邮件回复让我重新提供47PA和40表并重新递交申请费就可以了，我还是觉得为了稳妥起见，等父母回国了再申请比较好

143基本上每年涨价，如果你在7月1日之前递交，很有可能是同样价格。（不过我只是根据规律得出结论，不构成对您的建议）

电话咨询里面说103排队的时间会考虑。现在143已经审批到2009年10月份
