这个permanently microchipped是什么意思阿？从上下文看，肯定跟普通的microchipped是不同的。有谁知道他们的区别是什么吗？

没什么区别，就是说如果猫和狗已经有了microchip，又已经desex了，注册费就可以减少。这是政府鼓励你给你的宠物绝育和上microchip。

microchip是打进皮下的，本身就是永久性的了，没有临时性的microchip。
