郁闷，该不该make complaint?

现在在一个family business 工作（老外的），现在打算辞职了。前几天,男老板和其他的一个男同事当着其他同事的面开我的玩笑，quite offensive,也可算是harassment. 今天因为其他的事情下定决心要辞职了，女老板是管人事的，现在想正式辞职前要不要先正式的make complaint，然后在提出辞职？？

也许还需要女老板当我的referee，不过其他同事应该也可以，不一定一定是她，就是想出口气辞职前

the main reason i want to quit the job is not about the joke. it is because the manager dont support me. i feel dispointed. i just wonder should i speak out my feelings before i leave. or just leave??

对你来说，最好的结果是什么？老板对你赔礼道歉？或者赔点钱给你？你觉得可能吗？

不过具体问题具体分析，你还是把笑话讲讲看吧，让大家来评论一下，这个笑话到底有多严重，根据不同程度，你选择忍，或者是说

thanks , i get the point. the joke is about some very personal staff, and i am very senstive with it.

i don't believe complain works as you said it is a family business.  
Remember they are couple. or I will think in this way---they are the same.
u can't expect too much from your manager, some ozs are very selfish. you can find out from the way they report news...
i am not sure how they make the joke on you, like for what purpose, why？i don't mean it is your fault, think about it, maybe u will find out to fight back 'politely & smart' in the future ..
or maybe it is a joke that they don't mean to get you offend.
if u really don't want to stay, leave quietly
they not worth u to fight with.
