hi, don't you want to find out if you need a company first? maybe briefly explain your situation, i guess the accountants here (including myself) give you some ideas on whether company is the way to go. setting up companys and trademark registrations are not rocket science, any accountant can do it. you probably need a 资深的会计 to determine if this is the right structure for you first.
