在职的如何避免让现在的雇主知道自己找工啊？

在职工作，好像网上好几个人都拿到新工作的OFFER, 我纳闷你们是如何回避现公司的？

背景调查如何过关？

除非和领导关系好得不得了，那领导可以支持你跳槽。否则，新公司的OFFER没拿到，那在现职也难过啊。

well the new employer does need the references from your PREVIOUS employers. It does not mean to your current boss, if you have worked in various places.

If you only worked in 1 place, well you can give them your team member, the client in your project, if they want to be your references.

But certainly your current manager is the BEST. Normally in AU, it does not really matter, well at least I have never got the problem with that. And actually all of them are really happy to be my references, since they know how I work, and do want to say something good on me to do me a help.

但新公司已经申明:不接受同事做推荐人，那怎么办？

另外就我个案，和领导关系不好，提前辞职走人，更不能找领导啦。
