招聘方是否会不通知我而直接联系以前的雇主？

我之前有过这样的经历：

QUEENSLAND一个中介要招聘电力工程师，中介先电话我，交谈一番后，中介说要调查下，过几天再联系我，中介可能跨越我直接联系我的公司，然后过几天后中介发邮件拒绝了。

再比如一周前NSW的一个小公司招聘架空线路设计人员，招聘主管先电话我，然后直接说要看我的设计图纸，但我说图纸是公司财产，我手头只有一部分变电站设计图纸。之后招聘主管就再也没联系我。

招聘公司是否会直接跨越我，而联系以前工作的雇主？

有可能，但一般会征求你的同意。

有可能，但这种行为在agent这个行业里很不professional,你可以写信complain的。

pre-reference check一般不要让他们做，他们如果没有position，可能会针对你的referee作marketing的工作，要学会保护自己的referee。

我听说有的公司碰到技术难题，本公司的人解决不了，又不想花钱请consultant,就开始招聘，当面试题，让candidate来解答，这种情况大方向你可以点一下，但具体牵扯到核心问题，直接告所他们这是商业机密，不可以透露。

我并没有让中介去调查推荐人，但简历中写了工作过的公司和公司里面的一个推荐人，包括联系电话，手机，EMAIL,地址。

我更不会授权他们还没有面试就去背景调查我公司或推荐人。

但有的中介或雇主会去先背景调查，并没有通知我。

Well firstly remove all this kind of information from your CV. They will NOT be happy if contacted by any agent without noticed by you first.

Never! And never used the online form. Normally just get the contact information,and send them the CV.

Personally do not recommend the online system. Better talk face to face or at least you have a contact point therefore it will be easier for you to follow up. Following up the application process is quite important and sometimes useful here. I did many times. Sometimes agent/HR is just busy with other candidates, if you are jumped in, you MAY be more notified, since you looks very interested in the position. More importantly you do need to follow up the application, if you DO not have the job. Ask 1 question, WHY? They WONT give you second chance, however sometimes they do give you the reason, either in your CV, or in the interview, which could be very helpful for your next application.

另外你写简历是否不写推荐人（包括电话，手机联系方式）呢？

Simple reason to protect your referee. If you do that many times, your referee could be very upset by contacted by many different people or company without any details from you FIRST. Anyway the contact information is their personal information. They are doing that just to help you. You definitely do not want to upset your referee, do you?

Another reason, especially your referee is very professional, as one of my manager. He will ask for the description of the position first, to look at it, and understand what position I am applying for. Then when he is contacted by the agent, he has already known the background. And will answer the question much better.

So for them and for yourself, better remove it from the CV. And then send out their contact information only AFTER you have a chat with them first.

I am using the seek as well. However send out your CV as attachment of the application. Using your own CV and remove the referee information.

我也是担心这个。

工作连八字都没一撇，无良中介或雇主就联系推荐人，再热心的推荐人也经不起不断的电话啊。

就可以了。
