We are looking for a friendly, organised Administrative/Reception type person who is looking for a permanent full time opportunity to work for a large and world renowned organisation.   Based at the Pacific Zone Head Office in Port Melbourne, this newly developed role is supporting two managers with data entry and general admin functions.  You will get to use all of your administrative support, data entry, and general people skills, while assisting with ledgers, tenders and report writing.  Part of your role will also be to backup the reception area where required, for lunches and breaks, holidays etc.

Who are you?
Our preferred candidates to fill this role will have experience in an Admin/Reception role with solid experience dealing with people.

You will be someone who is familiar with all tasks relating to Admin and Reception duties and have some business skills training in a related field.

You will also be proficient in Word and Excel and have a good typing speed.

You will possess:
·        Excellent customer service skills
·        Accurate typing skills
·        Accurate data entry skills
·        Multi tasking abilities
·        Friendly and positive attitude
·        The ability to assume responsibility.

第二个  Business Development Manager

Bureau Veritas is expanding its Victorian Non Destructive Testing Operations Asset Integrity and Reliability Services and is looking for a suitably experienced sales person to spear head its sales and marketing program. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a strong sales ability coupled with experience in the engineering and manufacturing sectors.  Reporting to and working closely with the Victorian Branch Manager, this results driven person will be accountable for the sales process throughout Victoria to develop new and existing clients, secure profitable project work and to match and develop our products to current and future market needs.  

This role will encompass but is not limited to the following:
§        Manage the states sales and marketing tracking system to ensure these activities are completed in a timely manner to support current and future sales revenue.
§        Work with the state management structure in planning and maintaining sales call plans, including marketing and selling of new products.
§        Keep abreast of industry trends and market needs to ensure we are delivering products valued by our clients.  Develop a network of industry government and statutory body contacts so that the company can be involved at an early stage with any significant new developments
§        Promote a culture of customer service throughout the organization.
§        Transfer customer expectations into the organization.
§        Prepare and deliver presentations on the companies capabilities to clients and industry bodies.
§        Coordinate and assist with the preparation and distribution of advertising and promotional activities.

Skills Required:
§        Tertiary qualifications in a relevant technical discipline, demonstrated technical and product knowledge and attention to detail.
§        An understanding of sales and marketing concepts through formal qualifications or equivalent practical experience.
§        A strong understanding of sales processes and culture, and good commercial judgment.
§        A sound working knowledge of profit and loss management, budgeting and cost control.

Experience and Skills Required
Ideal candidates will have qualifications and experience in non-destructive examination techniques, including ultrasonic testing, radiography, magnetic particle and dye penetrant examinations, or possess relevant trade qualifications or demonstrated experience in asset management techniques.

Recent experience in the Oil & Gas, Power and Process or similar industries as well as an ability to combine careful planning, problem solving and diagnosis with a hands-on approach is essential.

You must be computer literate and keen to update your skills in line with technical changes in our industry.
