可以的楼主,只要你自己有信心,那就能找到想要的工作.

我一个朋友,她是陪读来的,学生签证,在小学的AFTER SCHOOL CARE工作了快两年,同时白天在咖啡店工作,两年后绿卡拿到了,申请了人力资源助理的工作,干了一年以后现在做IT的中介猎头了.干了两年了吧现在的工作. 每一份她干过的工作,她好像都挺喜欢的,干得时候都还是满开心的.

其实问题从来都不适你能做什么,而是,你想做什么.

admin的工作即使能一直坐着，也很累的。不是想象中那么简单。

换家childcare，我朋友在coucil的做，很开心，因为都是给政府打工，从director 到cook都是平等的，工作都是share 的，人工每年都涨，现在有23多。不过她刚开始在中介做，就是接电话，每天都是不同的childcare ,刚开始是很辛苦，但是有一个好处，你可以去不同的centre体验，如果喜欢哪个，就留意是不是招人。不过council 的很难进去的，福利待遇都不错。不以盈利为目地的，没什么压力。千万保护自己的背，尽量不要腾空抱起小孩。祝好运！

cant agree more.
totally understand how a mum feel when they know the teacher doesnt like the childre n or the job.
i think to be a good childcare worker, at least you need to have compasion to the chilren because they are so tender and so sensitive,
they can feel if you like them or not easily. early year education is just so important to a child'future, that is the keypoint time for them
to build them their conficence and also their knowledge bank. so as a child care worker you are not just look after them you also need to help them learn as well, so children's being , belonging and becoming always should come first ,if you dont like children how can you help them to achieve that.

i am not intended to offend lz, just want to say if you dont like that job dont do it otherwise that is not responsible to the children and their families.
i also work in the council cc, i know it is hard work, but i love our babies, they make me laugh and they make me feel proud of my job, you never know what the will be when they grow up,dont you?

yeah you are right , it is hard to get into council childcare, to get a job there ,you need to be a happy and positive person ,and also you
need to have strong compasion to children....yeah language is another important factor because they require good communication skill.

from some pionts i cant agree , working in any childcare centres you always have a bit of pressure because you are looking after children who doesnt know what is dangerous and how to behave, and you need to make sure they are safe and happy, that is not easy.and not all the workmates are sharing, some local can be lazy too, any way that is what i saw in our cc.

就怕没目标，如果你什么都不喜欢做，做什么你都不会来劲。而其在国外，容不得你挑，如果你的语言不能跟native english speaker比的话。

但有的时候不是你想要去做，就有机会做，也不是你感兴趣就能找到的。如果你真的不喜欢child care，就不要做了，跟幼儿或者孩子，学生打交道真的需要一些真心喜欢这份工作的人去做。

You are kidding me. Being a nurse is much more complex than handling kids. Try to think about that you are facing all unhappy patients rather than naive children. Any small mistake can let you lose your license. The pressure is not you can image. By the way hospital is the worst community you never want to join and all your workmates and patients will bitch you by no reason.

在我看来，每一行都有它的乐趣和职责，承担职责你可能会看到乐趣，逃避职责你永远只能承受痛苦。到最后兜了一圈，你会发现心态已经永远无法调整到当初的起点。你有可能会觉的别人都使唤你都在偷懒，你背负着所有的责任和重担。可是你越是抵触消极或者逃避的对待，等待你的只会是更多的排斥和不认可。你多做并不一定是因为你能干，可能还是因为你干的不到位，保持良好的心态，即使决定走人也要让他们最终觉得你是不可或缺的而不是可有可无的。
