请问各位这样一个税务问题,
我今年买了一块地开始盖房子,这期间就开始陆续的交利息了,我也是在租房子住
再有两个月就住进去了
那么年底的时候我应该怎样抵税呢
1.关于房租我是可以座位home office抵掉三分之 ...
1. you can only deduct rent if your home is a place of business, home office doesn't normally qualify for a place of business, most people own a home office, place of business is for example when you have clients coming over to your home to see you re business matter.
2. if the new property is for your primary residence, once again, you can only deduct some of the interest if you will use it as place of business, normal home office does not qualify.
3. keep in mind, once you deduct the interest, there will be capital gain consequences in the future when you sell the house. |
