If the salary package as follows: $40,000 base + $7,200 shift loading (18%) + $3,000= $50,200, so what is the super calculation based on?
4w or 4.72w or 5.02w. The employer only paid based on 4W. I checked the ATO website, only casual employees'shift loading will be included in OTE. Any payroll expert can give me a say. Thanks.

之前面试过有shift loading的工作，但是super is based on the base only. so it shoud be 40k in this case.

Thanks. Finally you responded to me.

But I know the super should be base on OTE, and OTE is including the shift loading. It's unfair that the super is under paid.

np. i am not a payroll person, and no idea what OTE is :) just share my experience on super/shift loading
