The positions will be based in:

Swan Hill –female applicant.
Tatura - female applicant.
Bendigo –female applicant.
Altona –Chinese or Vietnamese community applicant.
Braeside - Chinese or Vietnamese community applicant.
Mornington - Chinese or Vietnamese community applicant.
Cowes (Philip Island) - Chinese or Vietnamese community applicant.
            
The position will last for 12 mths, at this stage, with a starting salary of $74,580 plus superannuation.

Those employed will be paid even while we are undertaking training, which can last for up to 10 weeks. There are many other benefits of working for the VFA such as ongoing training, leave entitlements and additional allowances on top of your base salary.

There are some mandatory requirements for this role. They are:

- Working with Children’s Check
- First aid Certificate
- Recreational boat licence
- Are able to swim 100 metres continuously unaided.
- For the Chinese and Vietnamese positions applicants must be proficient in English and either Chinese or Vietnamese.
