我有一套投资房租给朋友家小孩读书。我了解ATO关于arms length的规定（按市场价），但怎么去精确评估这个市场价？ATO的大概上下尺寸在多少？
When you rent property to relatives, you'll need to decide whether the arrangement is consistent with normal commercial practices in this area. If so, then for income tax purposes you won't be treated differently from someone else in a similar arm's length situation.
我的房子realstate/domain大概租950~1050， 我朋友付给我750每周转账，他在国内生意方面会略微补偿我。
我可以按照这个750来报税，然后稍微申报一点negative gearing吗？
