我有一套投资房租给朋友家小孩读书。我了解ATO关于arms length的规定(按市场价),但怎么去精确评估这个市场价?ATO的大概上下尺寸在多少?

我的房子realstate/domain大概租950~1050, 我朋友付给我750每周转账,他在国内生意方面会略微补偿我。
