请问公司里的会计都一定是 CPA吗?

有几个问题请教各位大侠：

公司里的会计都一定是 CPA吗? 　公司在招会计时是注重学历　还是注重经历呢？　如果没有会计学历有经历可以吗？

偶在网上看到一个远程学习的网站：　http://www.seeklearning.com.au/t ... a-of-accounting.asp 　　据他们宣传资料说：　“All of the OTEN qualifications are nationally recognised and government accredited, meeting AQF (Australian Qualifications Framework) and VETAB (Vocational Education & Training Accreditation Board) standards, giving you the opportunity to gain an industry-recognised qualification that can kick start your career. The skills and knowledge you gain from our TAFE courses are designed to be career-relevant so you can apply them immediately if you are already working or use them to get the job you want.”　这个　ＡＤＶＡＮＣＥＤ　ＤＥＰＬＯＭＡ　ＯＦ　ＡＣＣＯＵＮＴＩＮＧ　有无用处呢？　是不是可以得到会计资格？

会计并不一定要是CPA qualified, 具体看公司职位的要求。
我的理解是，tafe里的certificate只能用于基本会计工作，如AP,AR,BK,如果涉及到专业定向的会计工作如management accounting, cost accounting, auditing等还是看中工作经验的。如果没有会计工作经验，tafe的certificate可以作为敲门砖开始从事会计工作。

我是想在今后能在私人公司能做上Ａccountant.　不知这类公司对这个职位除了工作经验之外，有什么学历上的要求. 这类工作是否好找呢?
