求教， 撞车后不能工作有保险公司补贴吗？加分感谢

我刚在六月初注册了Sole Trader, 准备做些咨询工作， 没想到六月底开车时跟别人撞车了。车保了全险。

现在浑身疼痛，在做理疗，这样我注册的Sole Trader的工作就不能进行了，也没有收入。请问我的这种情况能在保险公司Claim工资吗？

如果你是被撞，你可以向对方保险公司索赔，你自己的保险公司负责处理。

保险公司保的是财产，你身体有问题Claim CTP.

车险应该不包括吧，如果有Income Protection可能可以

那得ctp包at fault driver才行，不是每家都包。
而且还得能证明收入有损失才行，之前没收入你怎么证明？

车祸后我一直在看医生治疗。 请问我这样的情况能从Green Slip 上Claim 吗？

车祸是谁的责任？对方责任，你可以找no win no fee的律师找对方CTP保险公司要钱了。

CTP现在过错方也补钱的 可以找NO WIN NO FEE的律师咨询一下 我记得低于75000以下的赔偿 律师是不可以收钱的

那你需要找你自己的CTP保险公司问，或者找律师帮你要求赔偿

先要问 LZ是不是住维州 如果是维州 向TAC申请赔偿 这是维州政府搞的一套无过错赔偿系统 即使是LZ的自己的责任 只要有受伤导致不能工作 合理的收入是可以赔的

如果是维州以外的地区 打电话给保险公司 问问CTP的条款是怎么规定的

蹲一个，我印象中如果车祸导致车不能使用而产生的经营损失，一般车险不赔的，只能靠business insurance要钱

车祸导致人员不能工作而产生的损失还真不知道
