请问打折的Ultimate或TCN礼品卡能在SCA用吗？

两个offer里都有SCA，但是Ultimate有附加说明：

These participating retailers are being phased out of the Ultimate (Visa) gift card scheme, so:

Physical Ultimate (Visa) gift cards with those logos on the packaging will continue to be redeemable at those retailers and will continue to be on the Ultimate gift card exchange portal. Any physical Ultimate (Visa) gift cards produced from December 2022 onwards will not feature these retailers’ logos on the packaging.
Ultimate eGift Cards originally including these participating retailers will only be redeemable at those retailers if the eGift Card was issued before 01 October 2022.
