我从明天开始,圣诞购物,
先把给孩子同学,朋友,家人的礼物买了。
我把圣诞午餐的菜单都列好啦。
我们家其实不过圣诞节,连圣诞树都没有,那圣诞节当全家的假期过呢。
所以吃的东西,也不传统。

Cheese Kransky slices and lightly pan fried
Cheddar Cheese
Double Brie
Crackers
Ciabatta Bread, Sliced & Toasted
Grapes, Mango, Cherry, Nectarines, Kiwi, Peach
Nuts
Baby Cucumber
Olives
Prawn
Smoke Salmon
Warm Tuna & Potato Salad
Egg
Potato
Beans
Rocket
Tuna
Red Onion
Red Wine Vinegar
Lamb Chops
Dumplings
Baozi
Cob Loaf
Chopped / Drained Spinach
Can water chestnuts, chopped
Aioli
Sour cream
1 cup Greek Style Yoghurt
1 Bakery Cob Loaf
Olive Oil
Mix spinach, chestnuts, aioli, sour cream, soup mix and yoghurt in fridge for 3 hours
Preheat the oven to 180, brush the bread inside the loaf with oil. Bake for 12-15 min. Then cool.
Spoon the spinach mixture into the loaf, serve |
