Responsibilities:
- Provide administration support to team members.
- Provide assistance to the General team (Finance, Operations Sales and CEO).
- Forecast supply requirements with our suppliers.
- Create and manage forecast and purchasing orders.
- Work within a team environment and liaise with team members to ensure all outstanding purchase orders are correct and ETD will be on time.
- Build long term relationships with internal and external partners.
- Data entry and records management.
To be successful in this role, you will require the following:
- Relevant experience in support and administrative experience in a similar role.
- Strong negotiator with a proven track record to influence and persuade.
- Qualifications in Accounting or Finance will be an advantage.
- High level written & oral English language skills.
- Initiative, commitment and passion for your job.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work flexible hours as an out of hours business demands.
- A pro-active approach to anticipate the needs of the team.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Microsoft Office proficient.
