关于房屋维修的保险问题

关于建HOUSE6-7年后的维修费用，查了保险公司的网站，上面第一页的免责条款就写着：

Home Building Insurance PDS
General exclusions
Wear, tear and gradual deterioration
any part of the building that has wear, tear, rust, fading, rising damp, corrosion, rot, action of light, atmospheric or climatic conditions or gradual deterioration such as, but not limited to:
•        tiles and their adhesive or grouting breaking down;
•        weathering of roof tiles or roof ridge capping;
•        gradual weathering and breakdown of bricks, mortar or concrete.

Contents Insurance PDS
General exclusions
Wear, tear and gradual deterioration
any part of the building, unit or contents that has wear, tear, rust, fading, rising damp, corrosion, rot, action of light, atmospheric or climatic conditions or gradual deterioration such as, but not limited to:
•        wear and tear of carpets, furniture and furnishings;
•        fading of curtains and drapes;
•        gradual weathering of pot plants.

这样的话，旧房子的维修岂不是没有保险可买？感觉买了的BUILDING INSURANCE根本COVER不了老房子的维修费用。有业内大神可以指教一下吗？多谢！

房屋保险本来就是保意外的，保维护和老化维修的话早就全都破产了。。

保险就是保意外情况造成的损失的。。。不是给你老房子维修的。。。
