Actually it is more complicated as the the previous guy already asked ATO does not allow "renew"
You have to change the payroll company every year so the renew is not really a "renew" as your employer has been changed. Under that case, you are having a new NL contract every year. Which is just like you sale your car to the NL and then lease it back for one year and then sale it to the NL company again after you pay the residual values. It is a lot of hassle and some costs involved, but the benefits is you are getting 65.63% every year. So after 3 years, your car will be
65,000 * 65.63%*65.63%* 65.63%
of course you need to pay loan documents fee as you are enter into a new NL every year and there is an upfront cost.
For this specific part, you need to talk to your accountant as I may give you misleading information as I do not know all the details as I am not an accountant/tax agent.
If your car is under 50K, may not worth it at all. |
