我觉得house一定要后院朝南才住得舒服。澳洲的夏天特别热，冬天不冷。要是后院朝北的话一直暴晒到晚上8点。而且澳洲人喜欢夏天在后院开party。阴凉更适合。冬天户外开party好像没夏天多

我觉得这里应该讲的是旧设计的house。通常旧house一进门就是房间。living都在后院。新一些的house前门有lounge后院有living room。活动区域应该lounge多一些。一些新房特别是豪宅都是前面lounge都用void。前院朝北一进门能给你很光亮很开阔的感觉。
