出租房maintenance

麻烦大家帮忙看看投资房报告
There are several maintenance issues raised by the tenant during the inspection and require your attention:

1. Rangehood is not working
2. One piece blind in the sliding door in living area fell off
3. The drainage cover fell off to the pipe in the shower, no blockage issue but just missing the cover now.
背景2年新房，他们住了半年。
房子由中介管理。
我的理解是，第一个Rangehood 我们应该换，第二第三，应该是房客使用的问题吧？
我们想跟中介联系自己去看看，能自己修的自己修，rangehood 找专业人士，合适吗？

According to the Residential Tenancy Act regardless of the States, the landlord owes the obligation to conduct any repair in a rental property unless it can be proved that the damage is caused by the tenant in their tenancy. This is regulated by law, neither the landlord nor the real estate agent.
As per your circumstances in your post, you have the full obligation to repair them all.
