We are a growing business Established from 1998 operates 2 retail outlets（Keysborough and Kilsyth）, supply tiles, flooring, bathroom to the retail and trade sectors.
And now is experiencing strong growth and need the competent staff to support this growth.
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic showroom sales consultant who can start immediately at our Keysborough and Kilsyth showroom.
You will work with our valued customers who are seeking professional expert advice on tailored solutions for their home or DIY projects.
You will assist our valued customers and Trade Club Members with your demonstrated product knowledge, expert advice and commitment to delivering high quality customer service.
You are also required to work in the warehouse by unpacking stock arrivals and picking and preparing customer orders for despatch.

Working time is Monday to Friday: 8:30 to 5pm

To be successful in this role you will:
Have previous retail or sales and warehousing experience
Develop trust and deliver excellence in customer service through the entire customer service experience
Maintain a high standard of store presentation
Achieve personal and team sales targets
Perform administrative duties including data input to ensure that follow up and service excellence is maintained
Promote products and maintain online relations with customers via social media platform (e.g. Facebook, Wechat etc)
Have strong attention to detail, be mature and responsible and have solid time management skills
Capable of handling heavy objects (in excess of 30kg)
Forklift licence preferred
