无解了吗，有没有住Canberra的朋友愿意帮忙？

在网上auction到一辆write off的车，开始觉得价钱不错，谁知道做完Road Worthy以后被Service NSW告知车之前是在ACT被write off的，NSW不可以直接上牌。

现在怎么破，快一万块买的车不能上牌，有没有在Canberra的朋友愿意帮忙上个牌，有酬谢。

今年5月份去Canberra了解过Pickles Storm damage的新车，专门问过Canberra和SERVICE NSW, 确定write off repairable车辆要在Canberra注册一年以上才可过户NSW, 楼主应多了解两地政策才能入手。

一年之内也可以过户，不过要重新再NSW做Identity inspection。
买了以后才了解的，全是眼泪，现在只想止损。

不如找个二手车行卖了，让他们卖去act，不过看样子楼主是想留着，应该是挺喜欢的

如果就需要地址的话，lz没朋友在堪培拉吗？实在不行，短租搞个地址咯。

没那么简单，要开去先车检，车检完了拿去网上注册，用卡交完钱登记到你名下，等五个工作日再去取车牌，然后你再跟楼主交接过户，光来回跑腿就不是几次可以搞下来的，不上班的人估计有时间搞，上班的光请假就要好几回。

车牌可以免费给送

前两天电话里客服说3-5个工作日送上门，结果第二天一早就送来了

我可以给你个堪培拉的地址，然后用改bank statesment上的地址应该能proof你的address，堪培拉的车管所access canberra很松的，基本不太管。

有以下信息就可以在ACT上牌了

还需要提供一个ACT的地址，但不要求提供proof of address文件

• Proof of Identity - such as An Australian Drivers Licence, Passport and Medicare Card;
• A receipt of purchase - such as a receipt for the vehicle signed by the seller or Licensed Motor Vehicle Dealer, you can find a list of acceptable purchase receipts here;
• A completed ‘Application to Establish Vehicle Registration’ form (which can be found on the reverse side of the ACT Roadworthy Inspection Certificate);
• An ACT Roadworthy Inspection Certificate unless the vehicle has never been registered before and was purchased from a Licensed Motor Vehicle Dealer;
• If the vehicle is new and was purchased from an Interstate Dealer you will need to submit an ' Application to Establish New Registration from Interstate Dealer ' form.
• An ACT Vehicle Identity Check if the vehicle was purchased privately from interstate (not from a Licensed Motor Vehicle Dealer) and is 10 years old or less;
• If the vehicle has previous numberplates, a declaration stating the numberplates will be disposed or destroyed; and
• If the vehicles motive power is LPG, LPG/Petrol or CNG then a gas inspection certificate is required
