3月19号下的订单，当时是预售的，说2周会发货。
然后前两天催了一下单问进度（无回复），今天收到类似系统回复的说要3-4周才可以有货。。。
疯了吧，市场上已经看到挺多免洗手了，价格也不算贵得离谱。
有没有和我一样买了货的？
打算退货了，当时钱真不知道什么时候可以退回来。。。

Our distributor has informed us of an unavoidable delay in stock which has now resulted in your order being delayed. We have pursued many avenues in a bid to ensure prompt delivery and have also tried to source alternative products — however, we have been unsuccessful on both counts.
