我早上11点半给他们在网站和邮件里都回了信, 
Hi My order 666*** on 9th March was cancelled on 10th March as you stated in email, but $100 refund not  issued so far, we understand Coles might be busy at the moment due to massive orders , but no refund and no explain for 20 days is not acceptable, please refund ASAP and let me know, thanks.

My sincerest apologies no one has been in touch with you regarding your refund. I can see your refund is still being processed but I have contacted the store and marked it as a priority.
