这个..............
合法于否,自己的自觉还的第一的,总是这样想,怪不得澳洲本地人对亚洲人钓鱼总是多了份心。人家也是想保护自己的自然环境的。
Agree with what you said but no one should take law into their own hands... Last week I caught a LJ in a NP and put it in the bucket just to show my son without any intention to take it. A guy came over shouting it's under size, I asked him to come around and showed him in the fishing manual that there is no size limit for LJ. Unfortunately that didn't stop him saying it's pathetic to take a fish like that, I have no option left but to telling him I am a law binding citizen and he's not happy he needs to do something to change the law or just shut up...
Sometimes I feel it's got nothing to do with fish...by the way, that guy also asked if I've got a licence, I kept wondering what made him assume I don't have one other than making judgment based on my skin color...
Anyway, it looks like whatever we do, they've always got something to say... What worries me is that this guy isn't one of those apparent racists, he's a perfect family man with his son on his shoulder and apparently well educated, it's really a chilling message to everyone.
I kept thinking it must be something that Asians done wrong to perceive such a bad reputation but over time I realised it may not be the case, we just have to learn how to deal with this situation better. Silence is not always the best solution... |
