Commercial lease question: (sorry cannot type chinese in this PC)

our lease finish late feb 2019, we signed 1 year + 1 year option .

We decided to move to another location. Do we need to give the landlord / agent a 3 months notice period?

看你的合同。合同上3个月就是3个月，1个月就是一个月，结束的合同一般都是1个月。中介出租中介会提前问是不是续租

看合同怎么说，几个月的时间。
如果合同没说，要遵循retail lease 2003 section 28(2)&(3)
"However, if the tenant does not wish for the lease to be extended beyond the expired date, the tenant can give the landlord a written notice terminating the lease(providing the lease is not terminated ant earlier than the date of expired specified in the lease).
