我今天突然发现我的合同里有一条，“公司会在雇佣期间保证我的annual pay高于high income threshhold", 但是我突然我发现好像没有达到那条线

有没有朋友熟悉这个的？谢谢！

要结合上下文才明白具体是什么吧？

在澳洲，是有high income threshold 这个说法。

我平时所接触的概念来自fair work act， the current threshold is $145,400/year. 通常情况下和下面两个相关：
1。 modern award 的 application： if your annual guaranteed income is higher than this threshold, you will not get the modern award entitlements
2。是否有权利去 claim unfair dismissal: if you are award free and your annual guaranteed income is higher than it, you are not entitled to claim the unfair dismissal.

估计看起来非常绕口。
