The role would suit someone who wants to work part-time, have flexibility in their role, and feel part of a friendly team.
The company is a wholesale eco-friendly packaging solution supplier based in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
The Role
The Operations Coordinator is a vital part of our ongoing success.
The role will require communication within our teams , suppliers and our customers.
The key responsibilities include:
Processing all incoming emails, calls, and Customer Purchase Orders
Sending Sales Order Acknowledgements to customers in a timely manner with delivery dates
Updating and amending Sales Orders in Netsuite to meet customer requirements
Liaising with our suppliers in order to obtain the cost of the products and prepare the qoutations
Release Pick Lists to Warehouse to when deliveries are required
Prepare and organise samples for our sales team and customers
We need someone able to work on the full time bases, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 5:00.
Skills
Reasonable computer literacy - MS Office as a minimum, Netsuite advantageous
Strong experience in order processing and administrative management
A flexible, “hands-on,” proactive approach, with really good attention to detail
Excellent communication ability
Good report writing skills
