The general residence requirement is based on the amount of time you have lived in Australia.
You must meet all of the following:

801的起点计算时间不是说从820申请的时间开始算吗？不再重新起算了。

Processing time for subclass 801 Partner (permanent) visa is from date of eligibility (2 years after the 820/801 application is lodged) to finalisation.
是从申请820两年之后开始算。

必要：双方陈述，2份form888，主申请人无犯罪记录，结婚证

酌情提供：银行账单，电话单，房租，水电煤，房产，汽车，旅行证明等等。主要是证明两人关系的持续。

移民局有一份801的材料清单，直接搜索就有。我的801下的时候，材料也没提供完全，就突然下签了。

祝早日下签。
