我的 house 剛建完，之前當 gas heating company 來安装 outdoor unit 和 run test 才发现 there is a gas leak(somewhere in the house)我的 building surveyor 要等那 gas heating company(after running the test and make sure it works) 出了 cert. of compliance 才发 Occupancy Permit 给我 builder。
