本人想跟别人合股做一个小生意，对方的固定资产就是车辆，而且车辆都是他的名下，对方要我出资一部份金来分担他的购买车辆的费用及一些杂费，请问我用什么形式来证明出资这个钱呢？以防到时退股可以退回呢，是要以协议形式或者得车辆过户什么的呢？还要这种情况申请ABN要怎么申请比较合适呢？请高人指点，谢谢！

Joint owned car is appropriate, if business fails, sell the car and split the money, or the other party buys your portion for whatever it is worth at that time.
If you simply contribute the money, you may lose it all if the business fails.
