半天了还没搞懂联邦预算跟州政府预算的区别啊

读了一下Budget Paper的No.5应该能知道个大概，里面州政府的预算收入里有一部分是州政府收上来的钱，比如地税，印花税，交易税。还有一部分就是联邦政府的钱，这里面包括GST tax和政府给某些方面的支出，包括医疗教育还有就是基建。

我说的可能也不是很准确。不过差不多就是这么个意思~

找不到更详细的了，感觉4.75亿caufield修到rowville肯定不够，这钱也就是一半到clayton能修好就不错了

的确是。 远东北的几个新区，因为新居民涌入，从原来的工党铁票仓变成上次选举工党仅领先几十票。这几年就又修火车又拓宽路的。

只要是一个党的铁杆区，甭管谁上台都不会愿意花钱的。一个是不花就有票，另外一方嘛花钱也买不来选票。
