关于 AMEX Explorer/Platinum Charge 的赠送租车保险

比较关注信用卡给的租车保险，仔细阅读条款有些地方不是很明白，请大神解释一下

Covered Rental Trip means a journey that is in the Geographical Scope and includes the hire of a Rental Vehicle, where the period of hire shown in the Rental Agreement is thirty-one (31) days or less, of which the entire cost has been charged to Your American Express Explorer Credit Card (including through redemption of American Express Membership Rewards® points).

Geographical Scope means worldwide including country of domicile provided the rental takes place further than one hundred and fifty (150) kilometres from the permanent or temporary place of residence You are currently residing in.

这个保险地理范围具体是指？

另外除了 AMEX 还有什么比较划算的卡是送租车保险的？

顺便列一下研究一些条款后发现的潜在的坑

ANZ 的 Rewards Travel Adventures，似乎是只在你是承租人并且驾驶车辆出事故时赔 collision excess，并且
1. 你要出$350， for the first $350 of any claim under this Rental Excess Master Policy.
2. 你租车时候的 collision excess 额度因为各种原因导致额度提升的，它只最高赔原先那个数字
3. 最高 $5,000，不过一般 collision excess 都不会超过 $5,000

Platinum charge 比较好 基本全包 包括windscreen

Explorer 可能要差不少 两个年费差了3倍呢

AMX 最全 很多第三世界国家路况不好 大多数澳洲的信用卡不保 但是美运platinum charge都保的

那 Explorer 的保险基本等于0了……

Platinum Charge 就是积分太坑爹……

基本 $1:1，明明年费最贵……

而且一个人只能两张 charge 两张 credit

去掉一张 charge，一张是 charge 送的 reserve（也不知道现在申请还能不能送），一张只能留 edge 了
