我去年订了BESTJET的机票，后来航空公司更改行程，我不同意，就从BESTJET官网提交了取消机票的申请。之后BESTJET来信说要扣钱140澳元手续费，要等12个星期还钱。
结果等了14个星期后联系该公司，硬说我没有通过EMAIL确认取消要求。有通过EMAIL取消吗？我已经通过他们的官网提交了取消要求，BESTJET都是要求我去他们的官网提交取消申请的。

How do I cancel my booking?

To request a cancellation of your booking please complete and submit the Reservation Cancellation form.
Please ensure you complete all requested information on the form.
Most airlines allow you to cancel your booking but any refund available will be subject to the ticket fare rules as read, and agreed at the time of purchase. Certain tickets are non-refundable.
Please note that there is a $140.00 Admin Fee in addition to the Airline charges for all cancellations. A refund can take up to 12 weeks to process.
