请问一下 有没有谁家的小孩办过802 visa
网站上说You must be prepared to provide a police certificate from each country you have lived in for 12 months or more during the past 10 years after you turned 16 years of age. Do not arrange for police certificates until we ask you to.
大致就是不要开始做无犯罪记录 要等被移民局要求的时候做
然后移民局网站的材料准备上又说 要准备的材料包括
If you are including a child younger than 18 years of age in your application:
an AFP National Police Check for your sponsor, if the sponsor has spent a cumulative total of 12 months or more in Australia since turning 16 years of age
police certificates from each country in which the sponsor has spent a cumulative total of 12 months or more in the last 10 years since turning 16 years of age.
问题来了 我是邮寄申请的时候就要把所有的无犯罪记录包括进去呢 还是申请的时候不办 等到 他们要求我们办的时候再办。
另外 小孩体检也是可以是邮寄申请以后再体检的吧，是不是也是要等到他们要求我们体检我们 再去体检呢？
问题有点多，希望能够得到有经验的朋友解答 谢谢 |
