Overview
This is a quite good opportunity to sit down with the professionally experienced mobile network field engineers and the excellent management team members to discuss about your career plan in this industry.
Also the learning sessions (theory section, work shop practical section, and on site sessions*) will help enhance your employability and career aspirations easier. You will get a chance to learn more specific on this industry in Australia from the real front line teams rather than only reading books or watching videos to hunt for a job.
Duration: 2 days for full time sessions in 1 week plus one on-site visit chance* or 4 nights for part time sessions in 2 weeks plus one on-site visit chance*
*: candidates need to meet all EHS requirements before be on site as visitors with our field team
You will learn:
• EHS knowledge and requirements
• Industry and market brief description and technology trend in Australia
• Basic introduction and description on related equipments for mobile wireless networks (Major brand products in market like Huawei, Nokia, etc will be mentioned and available to be freely touched by candidates during the session.)
• Basic introduction and practice on tools using skills in Telco industry (Including basic tools, specific testing tools, and computer skills in commissioning equipments to the network)
• Career pathway introduction

What to expect:
• Candidates need to wear safety boots(We will provide other required PPEs and tools) and appropriate clothing
• Candidates must meet the EHS requirements prior to visit the working site
• Personal laptops(MAC system not supported) are welcomed to bring in on commissioning practice sessions
Outcome:
• Obtain industrial closely related knowledge, skills, experiences and friends.
• min 3 months internship contract may issue to the correct candidates upon feedback from workshop sessions
