Child Care Benefit 是需要父母双方都通过工作学习测试的

不是说一定要上班，但是要满足一定的条件

You and your partner need to have met the work, training, or study requirements during the week in which you used child care, or meet an exception.


A work related commitment is defined as 1 or more of these activities:

paid work, including self employment
setting up a business
training or studying
looking for work, or
voluntary work to improve your work skills

就是工资也没办法核实
它网站上也只是让自己去估算年收入多少，过去财年收入多少，上税多少

这些东西没有税务局的数据怎么知道，

有明白人出来确认一下税局和centrelink 是否数据共享
